Although his clothing line may not be vegan, he is committed to an animal-free diet. Ditching the traditional rapping style of bigger-is-better, Andre 3000 claims to be a straight-edge vegan. Andre 3000 goes vegan so that animals won’t have to suffer at the hands of humans.
Although his studio and fellow rappers did not initially agree with his way of thinking, he has definitely created a new style that people are in awe of. Other vegans in the rap/R&B genre include The Roots, Erykah Badu, and Masta Killa.
