Jeanne calment olive oil port wine chocolate, Jeanne calment olive oil port wine chocolate. The longest living person in the world was Jeanne

Louise Calment who lived to be 122 years old before
she met her death on August 4, 1997. She lived
her entire life in Arles, France. Jeanne was born in
the 19th century on February 21, 1875 to be specific.

This was a year before Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone and a year that Tolstoy published Anna Karennina.
The dear old lady was also a witness of the aeroplane as well as
the cinema. She was also able to witness the Eiffel Tower being
built firsthand. She took up fencing at the age of 85 and rode
bicycle until age 100.

She credits her youthful looks to olive oil, which she
poured on all of her food and rubbed into her skin as
well.

She also drank port wine and consumed one
kilogram of chocolate per week.

Jeanne died on 4 August 1997 aged 122.
Though blind, nearly deaf and in a wheelchair, she
remained spirited and mentally sharp to the end.
